Not all. Due to the potency of our actives and the precise breakdown needed in the gut, a vegan capsule wasn’t suitable for Fix No.1. Our other formulations are vegan-friendly, and we continue to monitor capsule innovations; we’ll make the switch as soon as one meets our quality and stability standards.

Are there any side effects when starting FixBIOME?

• 8 Week Course — for gut issues lasting up to 6 months
• 12 Week Course — for gut issues lasting more than 12 months

After completing the Reset Course, some people choose to continue on a lighter maintenance dose (once-a-day), while many transition into Gut Brain Axys (most common next step) for daily regulation.

Gut Brain Axys is designed for long-term, ongoing support — helping to maintain rhythm and protect against everyday disruptors.

Do I have to take the FixBIOME Reset Course forever?

No. The FixBIOME Reset Course is an intensive protocol, designed to be taken short-term to help re-establish rhythm in the gut. After completing it, most people either reduce to a lighter maintenance dose (once-a-day) or transition into Gut Brain Axys (most common next step) for daily regulation.

Do I take all the products in the Reset Course at the same time?

Yes. The FixBIOME Reset Course is designed to work as a system, with each product playing a different role in supporting the gut. They are taken together, morning and night, so the ingredients can work in synergy.

Can I repeat the FixBIOME Reset Course if my symptoms return?

Shipping and returns

What is pre-order?

When products sell out, we open pre-orders so you can reserve the next batch. Unless there’s a supply issue outside our control, your order will ship on the advertised date. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are picked and packed within 48 hours. If your order includes a pre-order item, all products will ship together once everything is ready.

• Australia: 2–7 business days
• International: 10–14 business days
Shipping timeframes are counted from the advertised dispatch date.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $10 AUD. Express options are available at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow live updates.

I haven’t received my shipping confirmation email yet. Why?

If your order included a pre-order item, your shipping confirmation will be sent on the advertised date. Check your original confirmation email for details. If it wasn’t a pre-order, please contact our customer service team — we’ll be happy to assist.

Help — I think my order is lost or delayed.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the courier. Carriers require this timeframe before they allow us to escalate.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once dispatched, we can’t reroute packages. Please check your address carefully at checkout, as orders delivered to incorrect or unsecured addresses cannot be retrieved.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery usually takes 10–14 business days after dispatch.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Most orders don’t incur extra fees, but any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local import laws before ordering.

Where will my order ship from?

What if my parcel shows as delivered but I can’t find it?

If the courier confirms delivery with photo evidence to the address you provided, FixBIOME can’t be held responsible. For security, we recommend using a safe delivery address.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. If already dispatched, we can’t stop it — please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

No. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept supplement returns simply for change of mind — even if unopened. Please choose carefully.

Can I return my order if I become pregnant?

No. For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns due to changes in circumstance, including pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider before ordering if pregnancy is possible.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

If your product is damaged or faulty, we’ll provide an exchange, refund, or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please keep your receipt and contact us immediately.
